Hailed as the “birthplace of the Republican Party,” Ripon, Wisconsin is a small college town with a rich history. Located in the central town square is the historic landmark art-deco style bank which has been affectionately renovated into a revered fine dining restaurant, aptly named the Ripon Treasury. Prized for it’s farm-to-table philosophy and delicious tapas, the Ripon Treasury commanded the top position on the local Trip-Advisor and other crowd-sourced review websites, and was a favorite dinner destination for EAA Expo (Experimental Aircraft Association) attendees.
